Auditor's Community Forum for the 2026 Property Reappraisal: Understanding Your New Property Value
In 2026, the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office is required by Ohio law to conduct a full reappraisal of property values. Values are adjusted based on individual property characteristics and recent property sales. Join us to learn how values are determined and what steps you can take if you disagree with a proposed value. The presentation will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.
