Exhibit: Mikee Huber "The Rhythm of Making" In-Person
Local artist Mikee Huber creates abstract acrylic paintings using mixed materials. Her work develops through an intuitive, process-driven approach, in which she builds layers over time and adjusts as the piece evolves. Inspired by nature, memory, music, and everyday experience, Huber explores balance, movement, and mood through a mix of abstract forms, bold gestures, and structured elements. Each painting grows slowly, allowing space for change and discovery, and she invites viewers to connect with the work in their own way through its color, texture, and overall feeling.
