Exploring Care and Support Services In-Person
The more caregivers know about the disease, and what to expect, the more prepared they will be for future changes and care decisions. Learn why it’s important to plan for care changes, what types of resources and support services are available including respite care, long term care and end of life options.
This program is presented in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association's Miami Valley Chapter.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows result in a two-month registration suspension. Arriving 15+ minutes late counts as a no-show and you will not be admitted.
