Grand Ohio - Superhero Make & Take In-Person

For kids in grades 4-6. You are invited to create an Ohio Superhero to take home. The workshop will be facilitated by Peter Berwald and a youth services librarian. The only limit is your imagination! The program is free, but registration is required to ensure adequate seating and supplies.

Berwald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art from UMASS in 1985, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education in 1988 and a Master’s in Illustration from Syracuse University in 2001. He has taught in Vermont, Virginia, Arkansas, and Ohio. Over the years, Berwald has participated in several art shows and has received various awards for his teaching and artistic accomplishments. He has been teaching art at Springboro High School since 2002.
