Passport Acceptance Fair In-Person
Woodbourne Library is hosting a drop-in, first-come, first-served Passport Acceptance Fair for patrons wishing to apply for a new U.S. passport. All individuals applying for a passport must be present, and both parents must be present to apply for children under the age of 16. All paperwork must be completed in advance, and applicants must provide a check or money order for fees paid to the U.S. Department of State, along with cash, check, or credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Discover) for fees paid to Washington-Centerville Public Library. Passport forms can be downloaded and printed from travel.state.gov/passportforms. All attendees will need to provide proof of U.S. citizenship, a valid government ID (parents' IDs for children under 16), and a passport photo. We can take photos onsite for $10 per photo - photo services are only available for persons 5 years and older. This event is for adults and children who must apply in person using Form DS-11. Adults who are eligible to renew a passport using Form DS-82 can submit the application online or by mail at any time at travel.state.gov/renew.
