Who Ya Goin' To Call? Stress Busters! In-Person
Life can be stressful. You are not alone if you are experiencing it too. Please join Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum, Holistic Clinical Pharmacist, Rx Integrative Solutions, Loveland OH where she will:
- Define life stressors, burnout, moral injury, generational trauma, grief, and PTSD
- Discuss associated signs & symptoms for each type of stress
- Review integrative health interventions
If you are unable to attend, please notify the library at least 24 hours before the program. Repeated no-shows will result in a two-month suspension from program registration. Late arrivals (15 minutes after program start), will not be admitted and will count as a no-show.
This program is intended for patrons aged 18 and above.
