DESCRIPTION:You be the judge! Join more than 100\,000 film-lovers from 
 across the globe to view and vote for your top pick of this year’s Final 
 ten films in the 28th annual Manhattan Short Film Festival. At the 
 conclusion of the show\, each audience member will be asked to vote for the 
 ONE film and the ONE actor/actress they think is best. These films will 
 also be eligible to enter the Academy Awards Oscar competition for the next 
 two years. \n\nOne World – One Week – One Festival \n \n\nThis program 
 is intended for patrons aged 18 and above.\n\nWCPL is also hosting the 
 Manhattan Short Film Festival on September 27 at 2:00pm\, September 30 at 
 2:00pm\, and October 2 at 6:00pm.  Click on the date to sign up.
