Heartfulness Meditation: Self Care Tool for Wellbeing: Learn to meditate In-Person

Discover how the meditation can be a self care tool for wellbeing.  This program is presented by a certified meditation trainer from the Heartfulness Institute, a global nonprofit organization with thousands of volunteer trainers who serve more than a million meditators in over 160 countries. 

If you are unable to attend, please notify the library no fewer than 24 hours before the program. Repeated no-shows will result in a two-month suspension from program registration. Late arrivals (15 minutes after program start) will not be admitted and will result in a no-show.

This program is intended for patrons aged 18 and above.
