Genealogy Workshop In-Person

Begin searching the Ancestry Library Edition database. Learn searching techniques and tips, and then use your new knowledge to find ancestors and practice hands-on searches. Get all the information Ancestry has to offer.

Please note that this class will be broken into 2 two-hour sessions at the Centerville Library. Session 1 will be held from 10-12 and will be a workshop, teaching you about the Library's free genealogical databases and how to navigate them. Session 2 will be held from 1-3, and will be your chance to put into practice what you learned in Session 1.

If you are unable to attend, please notify the library no fewer than 24 hours before the program. Repeated no-shows will result in a two-month suspension from program registration. Late arrivals (15 minutes after program start)
