Special Needs Trusts and Guardianships

Special Needs Trusts and Guardianships In-Person

Do you have a special needs family member who you want to make sure is financially protected? Gregory Darling from The Disability Foundation will explain how Special Need Pooled Trusts came about and what they can do for your family. Local estate planning attorney, Kim Estess, of O'Diam & Estess Law Group will discuss the importance of Guardianships/Trusts and the role they serve in special needs planning.

If you are unable to attend, please notify the library no fewer than 24 hours before the program. Repeated no-shows will result in a two-month suspension from program registration. Late arrivals (15 minutes after program start) will not be admitted and will result in a no-show.
