Estate Planning In-Person

Attorney Kim Estess with O’Diam & Estess Law Group will discuss various issues related to effective estate planning, including establishing a will or trust, avoiding probate, estate taxes, and the importance of powers of attorney and health care directives. This program will cover the most important topics related to estate planning and is applicable to anyone over 18 years old, regardless of their net worth or family situation.

 

If you are unable to attend, please notify the library no fewer than 24 hours before the program. Repeated no-shows will result in a two-month suspension from program registration. Late arrivals (15 minutes after program start) will not be admitted and will count as a no-show.
